If the law allowed all law-abiding citizens to carry handguns openly or concealed?
Q. Would you primarily: 1. Carry a handgun openly. 2. Carry a handgun concealed. 3. Not carry a handgun. Please feel free to add any comments about how you would feel if the law allowed this.

A. I would carry concealed (and I do, everywhere it's legal for me to do so). Carrying openly tends to attract unwanted attention. I did it for a while in Arizona before I got my permit. Concealed is just more comfortable for me. (Israel and Switzerland both have high rates of gun ownership and low crime rates. Many countries have drastically higher crime rates than the USA, most with stricter gun laws. I've read hundreds of newspaper articles about people successfully defending themselves with firearms. More arrive in my mailbox every month (samples below). I have at least half a dozen friends who are alive and well today only because a gun was available when they really needed one.)
