If you dont want to cut it then try straightening it or maybe if you want to cut it try some cute sideswept bangs they are cute on almost everyone, also you can color your hair, you can do it at home or go and get it done, this always makes for a good change. Just dont go too light all at once its a dead giveaway that your unnatural.

My employer issues paychecks on payday that can't be cashed for several days. Is this legal?
Q. I work in a tourist town and during slow times my employer issues paychecks that if cashed that day will bounce due to insignificant funds. It's usually only a day or so that you can't cash your check. Is this in anyway illegal? Maybe knowing that a check you've written will bounce or some kind of contractual violation in that we agreed upon a schedule date to be paid.

A. I think vets become somewhat emotionally detached, as do paramedics, doctors, and nurses, to be honest. I'm saying this because I saw a program about paramedics last night, and they even admitted being 'numb' and being able to detach themselves from a patient- if you got too attached, emotionally, you wouldn't be able to do the jobs. Vets are the same way. Caring? Yes. But not emotionally invovled. I don't think they become...blunt, as in 'I'm putting your animal to sleep, end of', but they don't feel so morally attached to the situation because you can't get emotionally involved like that. Q. Hi my name is michelle and im currently Doing a yr 12 major on the moral issues vets face when they have to euthanize an animal because the owner cannot afford an operation or something similar. If anyone with experience with this could give me some information it would really help!! Thanks.

A. I think vets become somewhat emotionally detached, as do paramedics, doctors, and nurses, to be honest. I'm saying this because I saw a program about paramedics last night, and they even admitted being 'numb' and being able to detach themselves from a patient- if you got too attached, emotionally, you wouldn't be able to do the jobs. Vets are the same way. Caring? Yes. But not emotionally invovled. I don't think they become...blunt, as in 'I'm putting your animal to sleep, end of', but they don't feel so morally attached to the situation because you can't get emotionally involved like that. You can't do the work for free or cheaper, so it's not really a moral issue- it's just realistic. Things cost money- anesthetic, x-rays, surgery time- [cont.]

A. pretty much anything McCain "didn't" talk about in the Presidential forum. that would include: the economy inflation job loss high cost of college tuition high cost of health care the war in Iraq etc, etc, etc...

A. The core area of debt structuring, innovation (lol- read dodgy) and issuance is the US and some other G7 countries, particularly the UK. Global transfers of capital from borrowers to lenders washes through the major financial centres of the world eg. USA - with the USA being heavily indebted to China. Around the main debt issuance from the USA was also the massive growth of complementary financial products such as CDS -issued by companies such as AIG and others. These credit enhancement products made the debt issued out of the US appear more attractive- (aided by spurious ratings from the debt rating agencies e.g. Moody's and S & P). The periphery can be described as those countries that a) Purchase considerable amounts of debt issued… [cont.]
